Use /plugin-dev:create-plugin to scaffold a new Claude Code plugin.
Create Plugin Command is the guided creation entry point in Plugin Dev. It helps turn a description of a Claude Code extension into a plugin structure and implementation workflow. This listing focuses on invoking the command; the parent toolkit also contains reference skills for individual plugin components.
Open the source documentation to check prerequisites and installation scope. Copy the commands below and run them one line at a time. Replace any example paths with the directory you intend to use.

After installing Plugin Dev, run /plugin-dev:create-plugin with a concise description. Explain whether you need commands, skills, hooks, or integrations and review the proposed structure.
Review the project instructions and requested tool access, then try a small task. This directory checks sources and setup notes; inclusion is not a code security audit.
