Keep model, context and usage indicators compact, with optional directory and Git fields.
Claudeline is a Go-based status line with optional flags for working directory, Git branch, cost and effort. Its rendering combines session input with supported account usage and service data. Some information uses cached network responses, so it should not be described as an entirely offline display.
Open the source documentation to check prerequisites and installation scope. Copy the commands below and run them one line at a time. Replace any example paths with the directory you intend to use.
Terminal
claude plugin marketplace add fredrikaverpil/claudeline
claude plugin install claudeline@claudelineComplete any authentication or settings steps documented by the maintainer, then reload the session and confirm the capability is available. Entries in the same repository may share a parent plugin installation.
After installing the plugin, run /claudeline:setup inside Claude Code and restart the session. Review the downloaded binary path and enable only the extra display fields you need.
Review the project instructions and requested tool access, then try a small task. This directory checks sources and setup notes; inclusion is not a code security audit.
