About Dead End Registry
Dead End Registry uses transcript heuristics to collect approaches that were reverted or abandoned. Prompt matching can bring an earlier dead end back into context, while an edit check can ask before reintroducing a recorded reverted change. It is a local memory aid whose matches need interpretation, not a definitive record of every failed idea.

How to install
Open the source documentation to check prerequisites and installation scope. Copy the commands below and run them one line at a time. Replace any example paths with the directory you intend to use.
