About CC Statusline RS
CC Statusline RS reads Claude Code session input and renders directory, branch, model, context and cost information. The implementation shortens long paths and branches and colors the context indicator by usage level. It is a small source-built option for users who prefer a fixed display over an extensive theme configuration interface.

How to install
Open the source documentation to check prerequisites and installation scope. Copy the commands below and run them one line at a time. Replace any example paths with the directory you intend to use.

make installComplete any authentication or settings steps documented by the maintainer, then reload the session and confirm the capability is available. Entries in the same repository may share a parent plugin installation.
Getting started
The documented make install path targets macOS: it uses xattr and codesign as well as Rust, Cargo, make and Python 3. Read the Makefile before running it; it installs the binary and updates ~/.claude/settings.json. On other systems, adapt the build and configuration manually instead of running this installer unchanged.
